Introducing the JA Americas Strategic Plan 2026–2028

Aligned with the JA Worldwide Global Strategic Framework, the JA Americas Strategic Plan 2026–2028 translates global ambition into regional impact.

Our plan reflects the unique realities of our region while keeping youth at the center: an adjusted aspiration to reach 15 million annual learning experiences by 2050, a new strategic priority that strengthens “The Power is in the Network,” and a sharper focus on enablers such as Impact Intelligence and Resilience Capabilities.

By reconfiguring our foundations, from people and culture to fundraising, learning, technology, brand, and governance, we are building a stronger, more connected, and future-ready network. This strategy is designed to guide every national office in aligning local action with our shared regional goals, ensuring that together we deliver measurable impact for young people across the Americas.
